Amazing Race SLC...

"That's What She Said"....

Colby (Driver), Me (Camera Holder/ I got demoted due to an incident I won't go in too...), Alisa (Speedster), JD (Co-Pilot/ Navigator), Mike (Clue Manager) and Amoree (Cupcake Champ)

That was our team name, I managed to work my way into this race where we knew no one. Thanks to my good friend Camille. She has a friend Natalie who put together this Amazing race last year, anyways long story short Camille worked her magic and we were able to put together a team and give the race a go. It was awesome I had so much fun. Here are some of the things we did...

-put together a puzzle for the first clue

-went rock climbing

-sang in the mall

-jumped on trampolines for 10 mins.

-hit golf balls

-rode a scooter at classic

-eat cupcakes (Amoree took 1 I mean 10 for the team)

-swim in a pool

-search the bleachers at Alta High School

-and much more I can't fully describe how intense and fun it was...

Amoree our MVP eating cupcakes... She was looking for a prize in each one and she had to eat all 10 before finally finding it... What an All-Star way to pound those cupcakes down.

I have an obsession with the real show Amazing Race we watch every season and every week I tell Colby that's all I want for my birthday, Christmas, anything is to be on Amazing Race, so this helped fulfill my dream (well actually it just made me want to be on that show even more).

We came in 4th overall, but that was after getting the pink flamingo, most of the race we were head to head with another team... We all had trouble sleeping that night just thinking of things we could've done differently... Needless to say it was one of the funnest date nights I have ever had.... Thanks again Camille, Natalie, and Colin for letting us join in your event it was awesome...
